New Ticket Counter, Gate, and Baggage Locations in Boston Logan International Airport
To improve our service to travelers in the Boston area, AirTran Airways recently relocated within Boston Logan International Airport. The ticket counter is now located in Terminal E, to the left of the Southwest Airlines ticket counter. The AirTran flights now depart out of gates E1A-E1E and our baggage claim office has been relocated near carousel 1.
Checkin Options
Travelers are encouraged to arrive at the airport 90 minutes prior to departure. Travelers may also check in online from 24 hours to 90 minutes before their scheduled departure time. Travelers with baggage to check may check in online and then proceed to the baggage check counter when they arrive at the airport.
